This beautiful and unique lamp is one of two I recently made from vintage circa 1930s fire extinguishers. This one is made from brass and steel with the original patina left in tact and then clear coated. A vintage style steel lamp shade was made for it topped off with the extinguishers pump handle as the top cap. These extinguishers had a handle and a manual pump system to pressurize the cylinder then a hose to spray. The lamp comes with a 40w long style Edison bulb along with a dimmer switch to allow as much or as little light as desired. Dimensions are 35.5” overall height. Lamp shade is 13” diameter by 8” tall.
